March 4, 2010 Night Train Team on The Late Show with David Letterman and Today Show Courtesy USBSF - Amanda Bird LAKE PLACID, N.Y.- Olympic bobsled gold medalists Steven Holcomb (Park City, Utah), Justin Olsen (San Antonio, Texas), Steve Mesler (Buffalo, N.Y.) and Curt Tomasevicz (Shebly, Neb.) will be on the Late Show with David Letterman tonight, and the Today Show tomorrow morning. Tune in to CBS at 11:35 pm EST/PST tonight to watch the Night Train team read the Late Show Top Ten list. The gold medal winning team will also be guests on NBC’s Today Show on Friday morning at 8:30 am EST. The Night Train crew ended a 50-year World Championship medal drought for the U.S. after winning the 2009 World Championship title, and backed up their success by claiming the 2010 World Cup title. Holcomb’s squad proved they are the best team in the world on any stage after winning Olympic gold on the world’s fastest and most difficult track, breaking a 62-year gold medal drought in the U.S. men’s bobsled program.
